It shall come into force after being approved by the top management and must be complied with by any department or individual.In order to put the provisions in this manual into practice, the company has formulated a set of procedure documents and the corresponding operation instructions.

    This manual points "uncontrolled" and "controlled" editions of two distributed control form, as controlled version issued to the company the personnel department head and above positions, uncontrolled version sent to the external units or individuals, to introduce the propaganda, and all controlled version has its own number (uncontrolled version number), controlled version of safekeeping by the holder, shall not be lost, and by the holderIf the original manual is modified, the controlled version will be modified accordingly.
